INTRODUCTION and HISTORY
The
company was established in 1990 and opened in Wimbledon which remains our
head office. Shortly afterwards further offices were opened in Leatherhead
and Whetstone.
Towards the end of the 1990s the company enjoyed substantial growth, brought about by client demand, and further offices were opened in London, Middlesex, Essex, Sussex and Kent at Horsham, Hampton, Hornchurch, The Weald of Kent, south east London (Sidcup) as well as the establishment of a dedicated commercial valuation department. Further expansion followed and a new Canterbury office opened in early 2001 and Bishop's Stortford opened in autumn 2001.
In spring 2002 we opened in Mayfair and in the autumn also opened a further new London office in The Docklands. In autumn 2003, we opened in Bristol, Cambridge, Colchester, Milton Keynes and Swindon. Spring 2004 saw further new office open in Oxford whilst in December 2004 our Solent office came on line.
To
coincide with this growth the structure of the company has adapted to service
the needs of our customers. Experienced, specialist business managers have
been recruited and dedicated Customer Relationship and Client Communication
Teams have been formed together with the creation of large regional Business
Development Centres at Wimbledon, Sidcup, Hornchurch and Whetstone
Our business, like any other, is only as good as its staff. We have a multi-skilled professional surveying team, with a great depth of experience, supported by very able sales support teams skilled in all aspects of customer care. The majority of our surveyors have over 10 years experience in their local markets and disciplines.
Our mission is simple... to provide a fast, quality, professional service, to the satisfaction of our customers, which will impress. We act for UK and overseas financial institutions plus a wide spectrum of corporations, government bodies, private clients and charities.
Our success has not made us complacent. We continue to invest heavily in IT and staff training. For example everyone of our people has Broadband internet access. We also actively contribute to the development of our customers' businesses through a variety of innovative measures.
Currently, we operate out of 23 locations with over 70 Chartered Surveyors daily providing advice to our extensive blue chip client base. All of our locations, and surveyors, are equipped with leading edge technology and communication facilities allowing us to communicate and do business quickly and efficiently, increasingly on an electronic basis. Our huge investment in IT lead us to establish, in 2003, a Valuation Management function which enables us to help our customers streamline the delivery of valuations and surveys throughout the UK.

The quality of our service is ensured through robust internal auditing and training that is undertaken by our Compliance Team. Naturally, therefore, all of our offices have achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. We also have our own in house CPD programme that goes beyond the requirements of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a structured complaints procedure that again is fully compliant with RICS directives.
