 Following
the company's successful north London operation at Whetstone,
the logical development was to open in the east of London
where in 1999 the Hornchurch office was formed to give Ashdown
Lyons coverage in both the east London postcode areas and
Essex. Led by client demand, our expansion has been rapid
and we now have a vastly experienced surveying team with
many years of experience between them, complimented by a
friendly and knowledgeable Sales Support team. The Hornchurch
Business Development Centre is the core of our Eastern Operations
and now covers east London and south Essex.
 With
a wide variety of property within the area, the experience
of our surveyors is crucial to the success and development
of the office and with both Valuation and Building Surveyors
within the team; all types of work can be carried out
on residential property. Of course our Commercial Division
based at Wimbledon can handle all commercial property
matters in the area.
