 The
surveyors at Horsham count themselves very lucky indeed.
Our patch covers many areas of outstanding beauty including
the South Downs (recently designated a national park),
Devils Dyke, numerous wildlife reserves and an incredible
range of towns and villages (large and small). For example
we regularly see properties in Arundel, Lewes (the county
town) and Alfriston to name just a few. The cosmopolitan
area of Brighton and Hove is an increasingly rich source
of business and its recent designation as a city has served
to raise the profile of our county significantly. As a
consequence, our day can encompass a wonderful array of
buildings to inspect, from an innovative contemporary city
flat behind a listed Art Deco façade to a traditional Sussex
farmhouse in a secluded hamlet. On top of this is we have
the Sussex coastline and a distinct lack of traffic jams,
often the bugbear of our London colleagues.
 Our
surveyors and Sales Support team, in this increasingly
busy office, have all been based in Sussex for many
years and have a great depth of local experience and
knowledge. All of our surveyors are familiar with local
property types and construction methods. This has earned
the company an excellent reputation throughout Sussex,
and we are frequently asked to advise on complex property
issues and act as an Expert Witness.
