We are based high up in a 13 storey office block close to Sidcup station and have extensive parking immediately outside for any clients that wish to visit us. The office has enjoyed rapid expansion since opening towards the end of the last century.
 Our highly experienced team of surveyors is able to provide our clients with a wide range of skills and a huge depth of experience. All our surveyors have many years of experience in their local marketplace gained from a variety of private practices throughout London and Kent. We are therefore able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of properties found in our area.
 We deal with a wide range of interesting architecture from the typical London Victorian terraced house and 1930s suburban home to the grand Georgian and Victorian homes found in places such as Dulwich, Blackheath, Greenwich and Kennington. Also there is a wide variety of flat styles that we have to assess on a daily basis. Many of these have been converted from buildings in former institutional or commercial use such as riverside Victorian warehouses, schools and military establishments.
 There is a lot of new residential development taking place in parts of south east London and north Kent and our surveyors are regularly involved in development appraisals and the valuation of these new homes along with general building supervision.
