Surveyors at our office in Solent have an awful lot
to be thankful for. Each and every day, they visit some
of the most pleasant areas of this country including
the New Forest, The Isle of Purbeck and the Salisbury
Plain. It is not all sight seeing though, as the range
of properties in the area that they cover is vast. From
ancient cob & thatch cottages to modern smart million
pound houses in Sandbanks.. our Solent surveyors see
it all.
History is etched deeply into the countryside of Dorset
which boasts many historical monuments, the most famous
of which is Corfe Castle. Unusually, our surveyors are
often asked to survey and value houses which have been
in MOD ownership. These are to be found on the Salisbury
Plain and also the region to the south of the Purbeck
Hills. Both of these areas have for many years been used
and occupied by the army for training purposes.
They say that variety is the spice of life and this
is certainly the case in our Solent office.
