Andrew Goodwin is the Managing Surveyor of our
Swindon office. Andrew has immense experience and is
very well
known locally.
 The
area covered by this office is varied and includes the
urban sprawl of Swindon town along with many attractive
high value villages in the Wiltshire countryside.
This area is very well known amongst archaeologists
and historians for, around every corner, there is a reminder
of our past... whether it be the remains of an iron age
settlement or world heritage sites such as Stonehenge
and the Avebury Circle.
Swindon's industrial past is also etched on the landscape.
For many years Swindon has been associated with the railway
industry. As a consequence, surveyors at our Swindon
office have been asked to value and survey railway stations
that have been converted into houses !
